**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Services**:

- Greet and welcome spa clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist clients with spa bookings, inquiries, and provide information about available services.

2. **Spa Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the spa area at all times.
- Monitor and replenish spa supplies as needed.

3. **Appointment Coordination**:

- Manage spa appointment schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth flow of spa services.

4. **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Attend to client needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collect feedback and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. **Promotion and Sales**:

- Assist in promoting spa services and products to clients.
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Educational Background**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

2. **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a spa or customer service role is preferred.

3. **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

4. **Professionalism**:

- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

5. **Team Player**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with spa team members.

6. **Flexibility**:

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
