
Back Office Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Back Office Executive** to support an Insurance Consultant in managing client data, documentation, policy renewals, and daily administrative tasks. This role involves ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service from the back end.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update client records in digital and physical formats
- Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance proposals and policy documentation
- Handle policy renewals, premium reminders, and client follow-ups
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and claim follow-ups
- Generate reports related to business performance, pending renewals, and client queries
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar of the Insurance Advisor
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and business data
- Provide basic support for digital platforms (like online portals for policy status, premium payments, etc.)
- Prepare client communication letters, renewal notices, and welcome kits
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree preferred.**:
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (Life, Health, General) is an advantage
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
