**Position**: Higher Secondary Biology Teacher
**School Timings**: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
**Working Days**:

- Monday to Friday: Full Day
- 1st & 3rd Saturdays: Half Day
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays: Off

**Location : Vishwajyot High School, Kharghar.**

**Salary Range**: Starting from ₹45,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Biology lessons in accordance with the curriculum for higher secondary students.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline in the classroom, creating a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners and accommodate varying learning styles.
- **Laboratory Supervision**: Conduct laboratory sessions, ensuring students understand and follow safety protocols while carrying out experiments.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational trends.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Engage in school activities beyond the classroom, such as science fairs, clubs, or field trips, to enrich the student learning experience.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field. A teaching qualification (B.Ed.) is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience in a higher secondary school is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with educational technology and tools for virtual learning or digital classrooms.
