**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver interactive lessons that cater to students' diverse learning needs and language proficiency levels.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable practicing their spoken English skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials, including multimedia resources, to enhance students' comprehension and retention of English language concepts.
- Encourage students to actively participate in class discussions, role-plays, and other speaking activities to boost their confidence and fluency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance, and communicate with parents or guardians as needed.
- Stay informed about developments in English language teaching methodologies and incorporate relevant innovations into classroom practices.
- Uphold the institution's policies and procedures, including those related to student conduct, safety, and academic integrity.
