**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative intern to join our team and assist in managing social media platforms, public relations activities, and communication strategies. The intern will work closely with our core team to enhance our online presence, engage with audiences, and support the organization’s communication initiatives. This role is ideal for someone studying Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing the organization's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and provide reports on engagement.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop content strategies aligned with our brand.
- Assist in creating compelling graphics, articles, and blogs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content ideas.

**Public Relations**:

- Support PR activities, including drafting press releases and media communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and partners.
- Assist in organizing events, outreach activities, and campaigns.

**Communication & Branding**:

- Support the team in creating and maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels.
- Help design marketing collaterals like brochures, presentations, and flyers.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and media outlets.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage communication databases and media contacts.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A proactive approach and passion for creativity.
