Dance Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and structured classical dance classes for students across various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and students' capabilities.
- Prepare students for performances, examinations, and competitions.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Teach theoretical aspects of classical dance, including history, significance, and cultural context.
- Choreograph classical and fusion dance pieces for school events, concerts, and recitals.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to enhance students' technique and performance.
- Collaborate with other arts faculty for interdisciplinary projects and productions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Stay updated with developments in the field of classical dance and integrate new ideas and techniques into teaching.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Classical Dance from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in teaching classical dance to children, teens, or adults.
- Proficiency in at least one classical dance form (e.g., Bharatanatyam, Kathak, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and manage a classroom effectively.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students in the performing arts.
- Willingness to participate in extracurricular events and activities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with choreography for stage performances.
- Knowledge of multiple classical dance styles.
- Ability to integrate music, costume, and stagecraft into dance productions.
- Certification in Child Psychology or Education (optional but advantageous).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
