Designation : Tender Executive (Civil).

Department : BD

No of vacancy : 1

Location : Ahmedabad

**Tender Executive Job Responsibilities**:
■Search for opportunities in form of tender/Eols etc. In existing as well as new sectors.

■Work on E-Procure website.

■Details evaluation of short listed tender, Eols etc and preparation for tender screening sheet.

■Attending pre-bid meetings preparation and submission of the pre-bid queries.

■Preparation of competitors profile including the price bids submitted by them.

■Follow up with client after submission of bids and status of the bid etc.

■Responsible for following sectors:Roads and buildings, Integrated Infrastructure projects in gujarat. All project in rajasthan, Northern India, maharashtra etc.

■Coordination with prospective clients for follow ups for tender /Proposals submitted over phone /meeting person.

**What You'll Need to Get the Job Done**:

- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- knowledge of E-Procure.
- Proven 1 - 5 years of experience.
- Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
