ob Title: Factory Helper for Paper Bag Unit

Job Summary: We are seeking a Factory Helper for our Paper Bag Unit to join our team. The Factory Helper will be responsible for assisting in the production process, performing various tasks such as operating machinery, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the production process by helping machine operators, such as bag making machines, cutters, and printers.
- Package finished products according to customer specifications and ensure they are correctly labeled.
- Monitor machines for any issues and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping floors, removing debris, and disposing of waste.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
- Follow safety protocols and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth production process.

**Requirements**:

- High school dropout,diploma.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 kg's and stand for extended periods of time.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
