Require Site Supervisor oversees daily construction activities on-site to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all safety standards. They will manage work crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth operations on the construction site.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to the highest standard and follows plans and specifications.
- **Schedule Coordination**: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring the timely completion of daily tasks and milestone goals.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all workers comply with safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
- **Resource Management**: Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure the site is always well-stocked and prepared for daily operations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure construction quality and adherence to project drawings, specifications, and standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate daily records of work progress, delays, safety concerns, and any other incidents, reporting them to the project manager.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify potential project challenges and proactively resolve issues, including conflicts between workers, delays, or supply chain problems.
- **Client Liaison**: Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, updating them on progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
- **Regulation Compliance**: Ensure all construction work complies with local and national building regulations and codes.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor site workers, ensuring the efficient performance and development of construction staff.

**Requirements and skills**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (optional)
- **Certifications**: OSHA or similar safety certifications (optional but preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
