**Job Vacancy: Agricultural Supervisor**
**Location**: Apshingi, Satara

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day farming operations, including planting, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
- Monitor crop health and ensure timely implementation of best agricultural practices.
- Manage and guide a team of farm workers to achieve productivity targets.
- Maintain farm equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain records related to production, inventory, and farm activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in farm management or a related supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of modern agricultural techniques and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in challenging field conditions and adapt to changing environments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
