**Job Title**: Reel Editor
**Location**: Khar West, Mumbai
**Timing**: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
**Working Days**: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style videos using raw mobile footage.
- Add trending audio, text overlays, transitions, and effects to make content engaging.
- Maintain high editing speed while ensuring quality and creativity.
- Collaborate with the content creator and marketing team for concept alignment.
- Organize and archive video content efficiently for future use.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in mobile and desktop editing tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Understanding of vertical video formatting and social media algorithms.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to edit 4-6 Reels per day (or as per the content flow).
- Experience with meme-style editing, hook-based storytelling, and viral formats is a plus.
- Prior experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content preferred but not mandatory.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic motion graphics and sound syncing.
- Ability to color-correct and enhance raw footage shot on phone cameras.
- Creativity in reusing existing footage to make fresh edits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,149.81 - ₹46,412.12 per month
