**Front Desk Management**: Greet visitors, direct inquiries, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and manage phone calls.
- **Administrative Support**: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, handle correspondence, assist with data entry, and prepare documents.
- **Clerical Tasks**: Sort and distribute mail, file documents, and manage office supplies.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with staff, visitors, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- **Office Support**: Prepare meeting rooms, assist with event coordination, and handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
