**Job Overview**:We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing video content, creating stunning graphic designs, and producing high-quality video projects. You will work closely with our team to bring concepts to life through visual storytelling and ensure all content aligns with our brand’s goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content using **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **After Effects**.
- Create and design graphics, motion graphics, and visual assets using **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator**.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Produce high-quality learning video projects for our platforms, including marketing videos for social media.
- Optimize video and graphic content to ensure it meets platform specifications and audience engagement goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator**.
- Strong experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Creative ability to tell stories visually through video and graphic design.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the creative teams, including graphic designers & writers, to understand the project’s vision and goals.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing and motion graphics trends, techniques, and tools.
- Receive feedback from your managers and superiors and make revisions as required to meet project objectives.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure final videos meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues related to video production, such as audio sync, visual quality, and technical issues.

**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:
a) Bachelor's Degree in Bachelors in Mass Media, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

b) Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing and graphics design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
