We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content for educational purposes. This role requires a strong understanding of video editing software, storytelling, and an ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff to develop engaging educational materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production and Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos that meet the educational goals and standards of the institution.
- Collaborate with instructors to understand their vision and requirements for video content.
- Create and incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video quality and engagement.
- Ensure all video content is consistent with the institution’s brand and style guidelines.
- **Pre-Production and Planning**:

- Participate in planning sessions to discuss video concepts, scripts, and production timelines.
- Assist in scriptwriting and storyboard creation.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to schedule shoots and gather necessary resources.
- **Post-Production**:

- Perform color correction, sound mixing, and audio editing.
- Add subtitles, captions, and other accessibility features as required.
- Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to finalize video content.
- **Content Management**:

- Organize and archive video footage, project files, and other digital assets.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of educational videos and related materials.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Stay updated on the latest video editing software, tools, and techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video production and editing.
- Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms, including online learning management systems (LMS), social media, and websites.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an educational or academic setting.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating educational or instructional videos.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital media trends.
- Knowledge of audio production and editing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
