ADMIN ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE
Correspondence with Govt. Authorities, Courier Companies, Banks, and local authorities regarding respective works.
Keep an eye on each and every aspect of managing office records and timely provide as requested.
Maintaining records of repairs and maintenance
Co-ordinate with college regarding material requests and other official works
Follow-up with courier regarding payments and invoices.
Adhere to the client policy pertaining to Visitors & Outgoing calls
Co-ordinates with service providers for routine and preventive maintenance of telecommunication and office automation system.
Attending the complaints from the associates through telephone or mails and resolving them by forwarding those complains to the respective department.
Coordinates with vendor and other staff for the timely resolution of requests / complaints.
Handling salary attendance as well as billing attendance of the site staff.
Maintains proper Documentation of the Bills.
Handling petty cash which is available on site.
Maintain records of complains, vendors work permit
Working like a key point of the site.
Having good knowledge about the Daily Site Report.
Receiving complaints from the Site staff or other issues and resolving the same with the coordination of respective head of the department in branch.
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
