**Job Brief**:
The Challenge

**Responsibilities**:
A keen ability to tell stories and move viewers to action via video in as little as

15-seconds or as much as a few minutes.
- Take ownership of the entire creative process of making promos, including conception,

assignment, writing, producing, and final delivery of any show
- Ensure consistency of creative vision across all shows promos
- Work with the content, creative, marketing & branding team
- Design motion graphics, such as animated text, animated visuals, UX/UI animation, and

more
- Advance preparation of social media content in sync with calendar
- Collaborate closely with the Post-Production team to identify and gather footage from

shooting sets
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
- Introduce new innovative formats in promos

**Skills Required**:

- Experience with Premiere Pro and other video editing tools
- Knowledge of all social platform to produce promotional content
- Previous experience with color correction and audio mixing
- Entertainment industry experience
- Strong Photoshop, After Effects, Sound design and music sweetening experience a plus
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
- Ability to organize and schedule work effectively and balance multiple priorities, project

timelines, and deadlines
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Growth and Ownership mindset
- Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data

STAGE is a hyper-local OTT platform that produces content in dialects like Haryanvi, Rajasthani
etc. STAGE features content formats like long-duration web series, movies, short-films, standup
comedians, poetry, folk & much more.
Started in 2019, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanvi and Rajasthani only as a dialect. It has
become the largest OTT in the region by generating 2m+ downloads already.
