**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook authentic tandoori dishes including chicken tikka, paneer tikka, seekh kebab, tandoori roti, naan, and other breads.
- Ensure proper marination and seasoning of food as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven efficiently and safely.
- Monitor food stock and report shortages or spoilage to the Head Chef.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per food safety norms.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during service hours.
- Coordinate with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Clean and maintain the tandoor area and all related equipment daily.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
