Analyze training requirement
- Perform need, audience and skill gap analysis, if required
- Design optimal digital and blended learning solutions
- Identify optimal workflow/deliverables and draw estimates
- Create high-level course design/curriculum/lesson plan/s
- Create detailed course design/curriculum/lesson plan/s
- Create, review and guide in the design or redesign and development of course/module/lesson objectives, content, assessments, instructional strategies and activities in the expected delivery format
- Ensure that online and hybrid courses are in compliance with university/institution, state and federal regulations, guidelines and policies
- Synthesize and use feedback to improve learning outcome

Skills Required:

- Work independently, with mínimal guidance on day-to-day work and with general instruction on new assignments
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), clients, managers, vendors and cross-functional teams throughout course development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering projects in a timely manner

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clear and concise writing style (International) Adequate knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style, Microsoft Style for Technical Publications, Yahoo Writing Style Guide
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instruction design principles, Bloom’s levels - Capability to learn new processes and technologies quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledge of Learning Management System, authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
