**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Must have experience of Photoshop, Coral draw, Adobe & Illustrator.
- Familiarity with wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong time-management abilities to meet project deadlines.
- Additional qualifications in Fine Arts or related disciplines are advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse design briefs and establish project requirements.
- Plan project timelines and manage budgetary constraints.
- Conceptualize visuals tailored to project specifications.
- Generate initial drafts and present design concepts.
- Produce illustrations, logos, and designs using digital tools or traditional methods.
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to refine designs.
- Test graphics across various platforms for optimal performance.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Evaluate user requirements in conjunction with product managers and engineers.
- Communicate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphical user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Develop page navigation features and search functionalities.
- Create UI mock-ups and prototypes illustrating site functionality and aesthetics.
- Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
- Present rough drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback.
- Identify and resolve UX issues, ensuring responsiveness and usability.
- Implement layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Maintain consistency with style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery.
