As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in their academic journey, helping them to achieve their goals and succeed in their chosen programs. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Student Advising: Provide individual and group advising sessions to students, helping them to choose courses, plan their academic path, and set career goals.

2. Academic Support: Assist students in developing study skills, time management techniques, and learning strategies to improve their academic performance.

3. Career Guidance: Help students to explore career options, create resumes, and prepare for job interviews.

4. Student Engagement: Organize and participate in student events, workshops, and seminars to promote academic success and career development.

5. Collaboration with Faculty: Work closely with faculty members to ensure student success, provide feedback on student progress, and develop strategies to improve student outcomes.

6. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, advising sessions, and student progress.

**Requirements**:
8. Education: Master's degree in Counselling, Education, or a related field.

9. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong advising and counselling skills.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

10. Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or volunteer experience in academic counselling or a related field is an asset.
