**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across different platforms.
- Generate innovative design concepts that align with the company's branding guidelines.

**Photo Editing**:

- Edit and enhance photographs to ensure high-quality and visually appealing images.
- Work with the marketing team to optimize images for use in various online and offline channels.

**Video Editing**:

- Assist in the creation of engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage, add music, graphics, and other elements to produce compelling videos.

**Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to enhance visual communication strategies.

**Skill Development**:

- Actively seek opportunities to expand and enhance graphic design, photo editing, and video editing skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design projects.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather project requirements and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
