**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Shift Incharge - Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations during your shift. Your primary duties will include:

- Supervising and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and timely production of dairy products.
- Assigning tasks to production staff and ensuring that they are completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as necessary to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ensuring that all production equipment is properly maintained and operated according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Training and developing production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keeping accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and quality control measures.

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
- Knowledge of Milk & Milk products(Fresh & Ambient)
