**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team, with a focus on optimizing search engine performance for UAE based projects, primarily in the IT industry. This role involves developing and executing effective SEO strategies, analyzing website performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance online visibility and drive digital growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**: Design and implement tailored SEO strategies to improve the search visibility and digital presence, aligning with broader business objectives.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze SEO metrics to identify trends, extract insights, and recommend improvements for ongoing optimization efforts.
- **On-Page and Technical SEO**: Optimize web content, structure, and technical elements to enhance search engine rankings and overall user experience.
- **Content Strategies**: Identify and suggest content recommendations to ensure that content strategies align with SEO objectives and best practices.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Partner with internal teams, including web development, project management, and marketing, to support the implementation of SEO strategies.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities relevant to the specific sector and context.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Continuously track and evaluate search engine rankings and website performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
- **Web Analytics and Reporting**: Use analytics tools to monitor the impact of SEO strategies, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- **Link Building**: Execute link-building initiatives to strengthen the authority and visibility of targeted projects.

**Skills Required**:

- **SEO Expertise**: Strong knowledge of search engine optimization principles. Experience in the UAE region is added as an advantage.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to think and research strategically, solve problems creatively, and analyze data to drive SEO success.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements with flexibility and a proactive attitude towards taking on new tasks and responsibilities.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with FTP, HTML editing, and content management systems (CMS).
- **Experience with SEO Tools**: Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google & Bing Webmaster Tools, keyword research platforms and other major SEO tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in SEO.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
