1.Receiving the material, Processing of Invoices after verifying the product as per the Invoice in terms of quantity, rate, amount, expiry if any, matching with the purchase order.

2.To store all drugs and disposables as per the instructions given by the manufacturer

3. To ensure adequate stocks of all drugs, disposables, toiletries, and other items

4.To arrange all the drugs in alphabetical order (category wise).

5. To follow FEFO(First Expiry First Out) method.

6. To ensure that all medicines with close expiry date are taken out of the shelf.

7. To give data of non-moving drugs to the In-charge monthly.

8. To give list of non-available drugs to the In-charge daily.

9. To. submit the following documents to the finance department daily.

Cash bills along with statement.

Daily cash/ credit card settlement.

10. To get the pharmacy audited by external auditors on quarterly basis.

11. To send indents for replenishment of drugs.

12. To maintain stocks in order.

13. To return all non-moving / breakage's / expiry / damaged drugs to store after approval from the 1n-charge.

14..To follow the rules & regulations as required by the Drug Control department
15.All other work assigned by management / HOD time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
