Data Analytics-officer

**Job Description**:

- Who we are looking for-
- What you will be responsible for- As Data Analyst you will- Develop and maintain reporting and metrics for GTS leadership to provide visibility into hiring and training.
- Partner with leaders throughout GTS and HR to deliver accurate data and insights in a controlled way adhering to all data governance and data privacy guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of metrics and reporting
- Communicate metrics across various levels of the organization; provide decision support regarding trends, recommendations, and necessary actions

What we value- These skills will help you succeed in this role- Prior experience designing and delivering metrics, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for diverse audiences with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Data analytics,data visualization, and automation experience
- Prior experience in the hiring and training functions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Design Thinking and Agile
- Ability to multi-task and deliver under short time lines
- Strong attention to detail
- Education & Preferred Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
- 9 years experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Power BI Desktop and Power BI Pro
- Coding experience in SQL, Python or other programming lanaguages
