**Hiring Company**: A new startup venture in interior designing.

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with 2-4 years of experience. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients to understand their vision, develop design concepts, and execute projects from inception to completion. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members will be essential to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Develop design concepts and present ideas to clients for approval.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software.
- Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with project goals and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in interior designing role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (optional).
- Strong conceptual and spatial design skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
