**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and leads to promote BIA’s courses and programs.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information regarding courses, schedules, and fees.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Counsel and guide students to choose the right training program based on their career goals.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and service-oriented tone in all communications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
