**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented **UI/UX Designer** with experience in designing interfaces and user experiences for **mobile match-3 games**. You will collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and developers to create captivating and user-friendly interfaces that enhance player engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI Design**: Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive interfaces tailored to mobile match-3 games.
- **
UX Design**: Create seamless and engaging user experiences by conducting user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- **
Collaborate**: Work with cross-functional teams including game designers, developers, and artists to ensure cohesive design implementation.
- **
User Research**: Conduct user testing sessions and analyze feedback to refine designs and improve the overall player experience.
- **
Asset Creation**: Develop and manage in-game UI assets, including icons, buttons, menus, and HUD elements.
- **
Design Documentation**: Maintain and update style guides, design specifications, and related documentation.
- **
Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of UI/UX trends and best practices within the gaming industry, particularly in the match-3 genre.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for mobile games, preferably match-3 games.
- **
Tools**: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, particularly in mobile games.
- **
Understanding of Match-3 Games**: Familiarity with the mechanics, flow, and player expectations of match-3 games.
- **
Artistic Sense**: Strong visual design skills, including a good sense of color, composition, and typography.

Team Collaboration**: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Adaptability**: Flexibility to iterate on designs based on feedback and changing project requirements.
