**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into engaging user experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using **Figma**.
- Ensure responsive design implementation using **HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap**.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements and define behavior such as transitions and animations.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in **UI/UX design**.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in **Figma** for wireframing and prototyping.
- Good knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap** for responsive front-end development.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.

**Note**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
