Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and guardians to promote our institution's programs and courses
- Provide information about our institution, its programs, and courses to prospective students and parents
- Handle inquiries and respond to questions from prospective students and parents
- Generate leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and admissions converted
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve admissions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
