**Infrastructure Development Projects**

1. Identifying contractors for undertaking construction works. Obtaining quotations & timelines.

2. Monitoring work of approved contractor to ensure timely completion of planned tasks.

3. Arranging for material required for construction.

4. Identifying vendors for material. Obtaining quotations & sharing with reporting manager.

5. Purchasing material from approved vendor at approved rates.

**2. Vehicles & Generator Maintenance.**
- Ensuring there is no unaccounted usage of vehicles or electrical equiments.
- Ensure to have proper schedule in order to avoid unscheduled downtime.
- Renewal of insurance/ pollution certificates are done timely and accurately**.**
- Ensure to have cost reduction from previous year**.**
- **Ensure to have timely services done of all equipment in the office.**
- **Make a master sheet for services of equipment and conduct it in a timely manner.**

**3. Ensuring all required licenses/certifications are obtained in a timely manner**
- Ensure to submit all documents timely.
- Obtaining necessary clearances/permits/licenses in a timely manner
- Preparing and submitting the Information / documents / reports etc for obtaining necessary clearance / permits or ensuring compliance with applicable laws/regulations.

a. Establishing & maintaining harmonious working relationships with all concerned Government Authorities & agencies to ensure timely availability of information or any support required by business.

**4. Cross Functional Support**
- Arranging transporter in case of emergency.

b. Following up with Customers for recovering overdue payments.

**5. MIS Adherence.**
- Updating own data in MIS in a timely manner.
- Ensuring team members are updating their MIS data in a timely manner.

**Skill Required**
- Graduate in any B.SC, M.SC in Agricultural.
- 0- 3 years of experience in agricultural farm or Infrastructure Project Management.
- 2-4 years of experience of handling Infrastructure Projects.

**B. Skills & Knowledge**:
**1. Functional Skills**
- Infrastructure Project Management.
- Liaisoning with Local Authorities related to Infrastructre & Manufacturing.
- Well versed with laws & regulations applicable to the organization.

**2. Computer Skills**
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
