We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Expert to join our team as the Head of

Growth Marketing.

**Job Description: Head of Growth Marketing**

Responsible for creating and optimizing campaigns on Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Instagram

Analyze channel
- and product-specific metrics and take full ownership of the company's performance marketing

Work with the design team to launch new campaigns and strive to control ROAS and

CAC while scaling ad spend

Manage significant budgets and be a part of the core team as we scale our early stage D2C brand

Hybrid role allowed - Some days in office, some at home

**Locations** - Jaipur and Delhi/Gurgaon

**Eligibility**

Minimum of two years, ideally 3 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably for a D2C/consumer brand

Managed a minimum of Rs 10,00,000 in MONTHLY ad spend

Demonstrated ability to drive growth through campaigns and optimization

Get competitive salary, incentives, and ESOPS

**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
