Emir (Electromigration and Ir Drop) (Si Rm 2626)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform Electromigration (EM) and IR drop analysis to ensure power integrity in complex ASIC designs.
Use Redhawk and Voltus tools for power grid analysis, identifying power distribution issues, and ensuring compliance with design requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to recommend design changes or optimizations to meet EM/IR requirements.
Conduct analysis of power distribution networks to identify weak points and develop mitigation strategies.
Perform IR signoff and prepare detailed reports outlining analysis results and recommendations for improvements.
Assist in developing methodologies and best practices for EMIR analysis and signoff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in Electromigration and IR drop analysis.
Education: BTech/MTech in Electronics & Communication (E&C) or related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using Redhawk and Voltus for power grid analysis and IR signoff.
- Solid understanding of power integrity and the factors that influence electromigration and IR drop.
- Hands-on experience with power signoff flows and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve EM/IR issues in large and complex designs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in advanced nodes (e.g., 7nm, 5nm, etc.) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of power optimization techniques and methodologies
