Jr. Lecturer - Junior College (Accounts and Maths)

Welcome to TEACH - Training and Educational Centre for Hearing impaired, a college committed to providing higher education and holistic development to students who are deaf and hard of hearing.

TEACH was started in the year 2016 with the vision to ‘build an equitable ecosystem for students with speech & hearing impairment.’

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
1. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to promote active participation and critical thinking.

2. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and achievement.

3. Develop a positive environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.

4. Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance and other relevant data.

5. Generate and analyse reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs.
