ERP Trainer

**Job Title**: ERP Trainer (Tally & QuickBooks)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver classroom and/or online training on **Tally ERP** and **QuickBooks**.
- Prepare course materials, training guides, and practical assignments.
- Customize training content based on learner needs.
- Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and monitor student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest features and industry best practices in ERP systems.
- Support students with queries and guide them in practical implementation.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime** and **QuickBooks**.
- Minimum **2 years** of experience in teaching or working in the accounting/ERP domain.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and ERP functionalities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other ERP tools (e.g., Zoho Books, SAP) is a plus.
- Certification in Tally/QuickBooks will be an advantage.
- Experience in curriculum development is desirable.

Pay: ₹15,609.53 - ₹35,447.04 per month
