**Job Role: Training Coordinator**
**Location**: Pune (covering Maharashtra region)
**Position Type**: Full-time
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring training programs across various colleges and institutions in Maharashtra. The role involves working closely with trainers, college authorities, and the program management team to ensure smooth execution of employability and skill development initiatives. The Training Coordinator will also be accountable for ensuring quality delivery, timely reporting, and effective communication between stakeholders.
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Training Coordination & Management**:
- Coordinate training schedules with colleges and trainers across Maharashtra.
- Ensure smooth execution of training sessions as per project timelines.
- Track attendance, participation, and completion of training programs.
- **Trainer Management**:
- Liaise with freelance trainers for session planning and delivery.
- Collect feedback from trainers and provide necessary support.
- Monitor trainer performance and ensure adherence to training quality standards.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college authorities and placement officers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project-related requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for training-related queries in the region.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, student participation, and outcomes.
- Submit periodic reports to the Program Manager for review.
- Ensure all documentation and MIS reports are updated regularly.
- **Logistics & Administration**:
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logístical arrangements for training sessions where required.
- Ensure availability of training materials, resources, and infrastructure at venues.
- **Monitoring & Evaluation**:
- Collect student feedback and share insights for program improvement.
- Monitor impact of training sessions and suggest corrective measures if needed.
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management, Education, or Social Sciences).
- 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, education sector, or project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra as per project requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
