We are looking for an experienced Editor who is passionate about food, drinks, and storytelling to lead our content creation and editorial strategy for the launch and beyond.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy & Development**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy for the launch and promotion of the Kitchen.
- Create and manage an editorial calendar for blogs, menus, social media, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand identity and promotional campaigns.
- **Editorial Oversight**:

- Edit and proofread all written content, ensuring it meets the highest editorial standards.
- Ensure that all content is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand messaging.
- **Menu Development Support**:

- Work closely with chefs to develop descriptive and appealing menu items.
- Create captivating descriptions for food and drink offerings, highlighting ingredients and presentation.
- **Digital Content Creation**:

- Oversee the creation of visual content, such as photos and videos, to complement editorial pieces.
- Ensure that all digital content is optimized for search engines and aligns with social media trends.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and influencers for content creation.
- **Industry Research & Trendspotting**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry.
- Regularly review competitors' content strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in editorial roles, preferably in the food and beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with digital content creation, including blog writing, SEO, and social media content.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge and passion for food, drinks, and hospitality trends.

- Creativity in content creation and storytelling.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
