**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Girl at Queen's Closet, you will be the face of our boutique, responsible for delivering a high-end shopping experience to our esteemed clients.

You should be a street smart Sales Girl who can confidently manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique. You should be smart, presentable, have good mannerism and etiquettes and should command respect. You should be well versed with the current fashion trends.

Your role will involve understanding the unique style preferences of each customer, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet clients warmly, assess their needs, and guide them through our collections with expert knowledge and a personalized touch.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, designers, and collections in the store. Be able to discuss and suggest styles that best suit each client’s taste.
- **Sales Excellence**: Achieve sales targets by offering exceptional customer service, upselling, and cross-selling products that align with the client’s preferences.
- **Boutique Presentation**: Ensure the store is always immaculate, with products displayed to highlight their best features. Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build lasting relationships with clients by remembering their preferences, sending personalized follow-ups, and inviting them to exclusive events.
- **Fashion Consultation**: Provide expert styling advice to clients, helping them choose outfits that enhance their appearance and fit their lifestyle.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a women's fashion brand or a boutique is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi with a polished, professional demeanor. Hindi & English will be an added advantage.
- **Customer-Centric**: A natural ability to connect with people and understand their fashion needs.
- **Fashion Savvy**: A passion for fashion, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of current trends.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the boutique’s schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
