**About the Team**

Join our GBPA - COE Design & Research Team, dedicated to serving clients and fulfilling internal requirements related to UI/UX design, web solution design & development, learning solutions, and content creation. Our team of designers and developers excel at transforming complex ideas and requirements into user-friendly experiences.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Familiarity with web and Windows-based human interface and design/development environment
- Create HFD and LFD using tools like Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.
- Scripting language proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.
- Effectively communicate ideas verbally and in written form
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn, teamwork, and results-oriented approach

**What You Bring**
- 5 to 7 years of UI and UX design expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe tools such as XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, etc.
- Experience in the UI/UX design process from research to design and testing

**Added Bonus if You Have**
- Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from HFI
- Certified HCI professional
- Knowledge of FIS' products and services
- Familiarity with the business goals, objectives, and operations of FIS
