**Making calls**: make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
- **Explaining products and services**: explain the features and benefits of their company's products and services.
- **Maintaining customer relationships**: build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- **Setting sales targets**: meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Keeping records**: maintain daily call records and submit daily progress reports.
- **Staying up to date**: stay updated on market trends.
- **Identifying customer needs**: identify customer needs and collect relevant information.
- **Following up**: follow up with incoming leads.
- **Booking appointments**: may book appointments for the field sales team.
- **Escalating issues**: may escalate issues to the responsible department.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil & Kannada
- Must be flexible and be able to manage ambiguity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interested in learning and adapting to the challenges in the job.
- Immediate Joiners only

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
