(IDCPL) based out of Pune, is a leading provider of innovative Corporate Office / Workplace Design and Build (D&B) solutions, specializing in creating high-performance, functional, and aesthetically pleasing office spaces for businesses across various sectors. IDCPL is Nextgen startup in the niche segment based out of Pune (Maharashtra) & Ahmedabad (Gujarat).

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As our Associate Interior Designer (Workplace), based out of Ahmedabad, you will be, part of our centralized design studio and conduct Workplace Interior projects around the globe. Working closely with the Team Lead and the Design Team, you will be responsible for developing detailed design and tender drawings/GFC for corporate interior projects and support client presentations/pitches. You will also be responsible for design management and coordination for projects. This is a client facing role you may be asked to travel as and when required by the management and work with offices across Pan India. You will be working with a dynamic team of Designers and Project Managers and have the opportunity to share your creativity and ideas.

Your responsibilities but not limited to are stated below:

- To undertake overall design delivery and site due diligence with the site team.
- To support and coordinate with the design team and Projects team in preparing due diligence reports, Design ecosystem from space planning to concept design.
- KPI: Technical drawings, GFC drawings, tender drawings and on-site design engagement to ensure we achieve 3D to Actual philosophy. Vendor & Design co-ordination.
- Design presentation, client stakeholder management and weekly site report, engaging with clients along with the Projects team to ensure the design is well translated into site execution.
- To adherence to the propose schedule and time.

**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
- 3-5 years of interior design experience with Workplace Design & Build (D&B) or Corporate interior contracting firms.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture systems, civil & interior design concepts, MEP activities and allied tasks.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning
- Able to develop and present design concepts at short lead time
- AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
- Familiarity with MS Project / Primavera, MS Office and project management software tools.

**Key Skills**:

- Proven ability to manage commercial interior projects within tight timelines and budget constraints.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, especially in construction and interiors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
- Ability to multitask and handle cross-functional responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
