**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor machines during production to ensure they function properly
- Set up machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Inspect parts for defects and quality issues, and make adjustments as necessary
- Monitor machine output to ensure high-quality products are being produced
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs as needed
- Document production and quality data
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Technical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic math skills and understanding of measurements
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
