**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct detailed skin assessments and consultations to determine clients' needs and concerns.
- Identify skin conditions such as acne, pigmentation, aging, or sensitivity and recommend appropriate treatments.
- **Skin Treatments**:

- Perform facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skin therapies.
- Provide specialized treatments, such as LED light therapy, microneedling, or dermaplaning, as required.
- Administer body treatments like exfoliation, wraps, and scrubs when needed.
- **Product Recommendations**:

- Educate clients on effective skincare routines and recommend suitable products.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in skincare products and technology.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:

- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
- Ensure proper sterilization of tools and equipment.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address any questions or concerns clients may have about treatments or products.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and certifications.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and conferences to enhance skills.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Certification or diploma in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or Dermatology-related fields.
- **Licensing**: A valid state/provincial esthetician or cosmetology license (if required by the region).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in skincare or esthetics is preferred but not mandatory.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Strong knowledge of skin biology, treatment techniques, and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Proficiency with skincare tools, equipment, and technology.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
