**Job Title**: Intern - **Content Management**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and produce high-quality written content for our digital platforms, including articles, blog posts, social media content, and website materials. Incorporate literary elements and storytelling techniques to engage our audience effectively.
- **Digital Marketing Support**: Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns to promote content and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative strategies that align with business objectives.
- **Content Management**: Support in managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and maintaining content consistency across all channels. Ensure content meets brand standards and reflects our company’s values and tone.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategies and improve content effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English literature, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong grasp of literary techniques and a creative approach to content creation. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS) and social media.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
