IT Support Executive

**Role Overview**
As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing networks, assisting users with technical problems, and ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, CCTV and other IT equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and internet connectivity issues.
Maintain and update asset inventory for all IT equipment.
Respond to and resolve tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Install software patches and security updates as per company policy.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
Document support issues and solutions for knowledge sharing and tracking.
**Requirements**:
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar IT support/helpdesk role.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking.
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and system backups.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Rohini, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
