Handling Online/Off line inquiries and Sending acknowledgement to client on immediate basis

Quotation Preparation and follow up for sales order generation.

Generating reports for daily/weekly/ Monthly/ quarterly & yearly basis.

To answer incoming calls of clients, Make call to existing clients for new leads.

Sending offer mails &introduction mails to new & existing clients

Sending dispatch details to customers

Master files updating for new client.

Coordinating with the stores, Production, QC, Dispatch, purchase Team for dispatching of material.

Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time

Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently

Sending KYC forms to customer, submitting vendor registration form & distributorship letters

Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads. Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

Sales Support Documentation: Maintaining and organizing sales-related documents, contracts, agreements, and records in a systematic manner for easy access and reference. Handling clients in absence of colleague

**Salary**: ₹12,216.20 - ₹28,743.66 per month
