**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source potential leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, industry events, and cold calling.
- Maintain a lead database and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into prospects
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present modular kitchen solutions and designs, showcasing product features, finishes, and layout options.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and sales pitches to potential clients, ensuring clear communication of product value and customization options.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate client requirements are translated into the final product.
- Assist in resolving any design or production challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on the latest trends in modular kitchens, appliances, and interior design.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or modular kitchen industry.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchen products, materials, and design trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹504,000.00 per year
