**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Applications**:

- Verify documents, including academic records, passports, transcripts, and language proficiency certificates.
- Coordinate the collection of required documents from students and communicate any missing information.
- **Communication**:

- **Data Entry and Database Management**:

- **Document Preparation and Submission**:

- Prepare necessary documentation for submission to partner institutions, ensuring all forms and records are correctly filled out.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate records for reporting and auditing purposes.
- **Support for Pre-departure Activities**:

- Provide assistance with course transfer and credit documentation as needed.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Help organize orientation sessions and other events related to study abroad programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a study abroad or higher education environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and database management tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive student information with confidentiality.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
