**HR Executive Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Onboard new hires by conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies, and completing necessary paperwork
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and benefits
- Preparing and maintaining documentation of all employee records including offer with salary structure, appointment, experience and reliving letters as an when necessary
- Manages Payroll administration leaves and attendance management for all employees of the company.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing employee grievances and providing support to resolve conflicts.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records.in excel.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing files and records
**HR Executive Skills and Qualification**:
- Bachelor degree in HR, business administration
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR executive
- Familiar with human resource management systems and applicant tracking system
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Able to work in a team
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
