Dewey Decimal Classification

**Overview**

We are seeking a meticulous individual to join our team as a Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) specialist. The role involves organising and categorising library materials using the Dewey Decimal Classification system.

**Responsibilities**
- Classifying library resources according to the Dewey Decimal Classification system
- Ensuring accurate placement of materials on library shelves
- Updating and maintaining classification records
- Collaborating with librarians and staff to enhance resource accessibility
- Conducting periodic audits to verify correct classification

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Dewey Decimal Classification methodology
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of library operations and cataloguing practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in library services is advantageous
- Must Have M.Lis / B.Lis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
